Who the hell do I think I am? I am an experienced operator with a lifetime of experience in the service industry. I have worked my hands to the bone scrubbing dishes, and I’ve worked my fingertips to nubs inputting data in spreadsheet after spreadsheet hunched over a laptop in a cramped office. I have opened my own businesses, and managed even more for others, some that made it and some that didn’t. I’ve worked with independent operators almost my entire career. My experience gives me a unique lens into what it takes to make a small business work in this industry.
